Easily make your nonmembers as members without re-entering their information.

Your app stores the information of all nonmembers who have ever done any action in your app or have been your member before. Administrators can easily invite nonmembers to the location so they become members.

You can manage only those users and companies that are already registered in your app and appear on the Locations > Community > Nonmembers page.

Choose the preferred guidelines based on whether the nonmember is a user or a company.

Reinvite a user

To make a user who appears among nonmembers your member immediately without retyping their information, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Locations > Community > (...) menu top right > Nonmembers > "Users" tab.

  2. Select the user whom you want to make a member and press Invite.

Once invited, the user receives the email invitation and can access the app as a member. The administrators can add the user to the company, create a subscription, and manage other member properties.

Restore a company

To move a company that appears on the nonmembers list back to the Community page, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Locations > Community > (...) menu top right > Nonmembers.

  2. Select a company and tap Restore.

Once restored, the company will reappear in the Community. The administrators can add company members, create a subscription, and manage other company properties.

The company is restored to the Community without company users that belonged to the company earlier.
