You might need to issue an invoice for a one-off booking or purchase to a new customer. If the customer is not your member and has never made bookings or payments earlier, they do not appear on the Customers page. Thus, Spacebring allows you to easily add a nonmember manually to have their profile created on the Customers page, making it possible to invoice them.
Add a nonmember
Go to the Customers page > "Nonmembers" tab.
Press the menu (...) top tight >
Add Nonmember
.Fill out the customer's name, email address, and phone number.
Press
Done
. The customer's profile is created on the Nonmembers page.
If you need to invoice the customer, navigate to the Billing > Invoices page in their profile and create and issue a one-off invoice. The customer will receive an invoice via email with the Pay
button and can pay online by card or bank debit.
We recommend promoting customer independence and encouraging new customers to complete their booking or purchase by themselves.
However, if you need to accept payment via bank debit to save on credit card processing fees or if there is any other reason why the customer is unable to complete the booking and payment by themselves, you can add them as a nonmember manually and issue an invoice to them.
