Add a nonmember

You might need to issue an invoice for a one-off booking or purchase to a new customer. If the customer is not your member and has never made bookings or payments in your app earlier, they do not appear on the Community or Nonmembers page. Thus, the app allows you to easily add a nonmember manually to have their profile created in the app, making it possible to invoice them.

Add a nonmember

  1. Go to the Locations > Community page > (...) menu top right > Nonmembers.

  2. Tap Add Nonmember in the top right corner.

  3. Fill out the customer's name, email address, and phone number.

  4. Press Done. The customer's profile is created on the Nonmembers page.

If you need to invoice the customer, navigate to the Billing > Invoices page in their profile and create and issue a one-off invoice. The customer will receive an invoice via email with the Pay button and can pay online by card or bank debit.

We recommend promoting customer independence and encouraging new customers to complete their booking or purchase in the app by themselves. Promote your apps

However, if you need to accept payment via bank debit to save on credit card processing fees or if there is any other reason why the customer is unable to complete the booking and payment in the app by themselves, you can add them as a nonmember manually and issue an invoice to them.
