Manage the availability of product options

If you run out of a particular product option, you can simply make it unavailable for some time in your app.


To make a product option unavailable, do the following:

  1. Go to Locations > Shop > select your product.

  2. Tap on (...) top right > press Edit.

  3. Select the product option under the "Options" section.

  4. Manage the "Available for Order" switch and hit Done.

  5. Click Save to confirm your changes.

After making a product option unavailable, it becomes greyed out, and it's not possible for users to get it.

You can make the product option available for order again at any time.
