Troubleshoot issues with accessing member web portal
Updated this week

If you're experiencing issues accessing the member web portal, this article offers a quick guide to help you troubleshoot and resolve common problems.

1. Check your Internet connection

You may be experiencing issues accessing the member mobile app due to a poor internet connection. To resolve this, we recommend reconnecting to Wi-Fi on your device.

2. Custom third-level domain is not working

If you’ve recently set up a custom domain for your member web portal and are now unable to access it, follow these troubleshooting steps:

  • Confirm availability of custom domain feature: Ensure that your current plan with Spacebring includes the option to set up a custom domain.

  • Double-check domain setup accuracy: Verify that the custom domain setup has been completed correctly according to the Manage custom domain article.

  • Troubleshoot custom domain configuration: If the issue persists after checking your plan and verifying the setup, refer to this article for further troubleshooting steps.

3. Wrong URL used

Another common reason for being unable to access the member web portal is using the wrong URL. It's easy to mistype or select the incorrect link, which can lead to a "page not found" error or other issues.

To resolve this, double-check the URL you're using to access the member web portal.

4. Outdated URL used

If you're having trouble accessing your member web portal, it may be due to using a link with an outdated andcards.com domain.

This legacy domain is no longer supported, as it has been replaced by the Spacebring branding and now contains spacebring.com. Ensure you're using the updated link to avoid access issues.

5. Member web portal app is suspended

If your subscription with Spacebring has been suspended, you will see the "Suspended Subscription" message when accessing the member web portal.

According to our Terms of Use, the suspension occurs automatically if a payment is not received within the grace period of 7 days after the invoice issuance.

Due to the automated nature of Spacebring subscriptions, we are unable to manually adjust suspensions resulting from non-payment within the 7-day grace period.

To unsuspend and regain access to the member web portal, the owner needs to complete the outstanding payment with Spacebring.

6. Subscription with Spacebring is no longer active

If your subscription with Spacebring was canceled, the member web portal will be restricted on the subscription cancellation date.
