Transfer your existing members' subscriptions to Spacebring with this step-by-step guide.
Prerequisites
1. Prepare the individual members' data in a spreadsheet with the following columns:

2. Prepare the same spreadsheets for each company with the company members' data.
3. Have an account open with the payment gateway.
Migration process from the administrator's side
Configure invoicing in Spacebring.
Connect your payment gateway merchant account to Spacebring.
Create membership plans you offer.
Mass create companies that have subscriptions with you.
Mass invite all individual and company members with the help of the preliminary created spreadsheets.
Add customers' billing details to invoices and receipts.
Create subscriptions for individual members and companies, and set the start and end dates. You can select one of the pre-created products (resource or plan) for each subscription, or create custom subscriptions.
To migrate members with perks without issuing invoices for the first subscription cycle, set "Issue first invoice" to "Manually" when creating subscriptions. This keeps initial invoices in draft, so you can delete them.
Subsequent invoices will be issued automatically based on the subscription start date and the billing cycle anchor.
Migration process from the user's side
Each user gets an email invitation with the
Get startedbutton and is guided through a welcoming onboarding process.Spacebring automates invoicing for all users based on their subscriptions.
Users receive their first invoice as a push, email, and widget notification and seamlessly pay for it.
Subsequent invoice payments:
If you have Stripe, WayForPay, plata by mono, or Tap as a payment gateway, the payment method users used for the first invoice payment is saved as the default and used for auto-charging in the future. Users get an email and push notification 3 days before and immediately after each automatic payment.
If you have another gateway, users receive and pay for the subsequent invoices in the same way as the first one.
