Connect plata by mono
To connect plata by mono for accepting payments, follow these steps:
To make sure plata by mono saves the card after each payment in the app, upon registration of your plata by mono account, please ask monobank support to enable the option робота з токенами.
2. Navigate to Spacebring > Integrations page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name.
3. Find the plata by mono integration page > press Connect and enter your plata by mono account credentials.

How plata by mono works
The integration adds a "New Payment Method" option to the Payment Methods section around member web portal and mobile apps. Users selecting the "New Payment Method" option are redirected to the plata by mono payment page. They can use any of the payment methods you enabled for your plata by mono account.
Once users pay by card for the first time, the system saves the card to the Membership > Payments page for future quick payments.
The default payment method is used for auto-pay.
Identify users' transactions in plata by mono
You can easily find users' transactions in the plata by mono dashboard using the following unique identifiers:
Transaction ID — coincides with
ID замовленняin the plata by mono dashboard. You can copy the ID of the transaction from the "Transactions" custom report.Description — the type of purchase the user makes, such as a room booking, desk booking, shop order, etc.
Migrate from WayForPay to plata by mono
If you fully disconnect the WayForPay integration, the cards of your users saved in the app with WayForPay will be immediately deleted.
You may consider not doing this before the 1st day of the month if all your members' invoices are auto-charged on this date.
To migrate to plata by mono seamlessly, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Integrations page by pressing the menu (...) next to the location's name > WayForPay.
Disable payments with WayForPay for all the services in the app except for invoices.
Navigate to the Integrations > plata by mono > connect your plata by mono account and enable payments with plata by mono for all the services except for invoices.
As a result, users' invoices will continue to be auto-charged with their saved cards with WayForPay, while to make a payment for any other booking or purchase, users will have to select the "New Payment Method" option and enter their card details to pay with plata by mono for the first time. Upon the first payment with plata by mono, the system will save their card to the Membership > Payments page.
Now, that your users have their cards saved for plata by mono, disable invoice payments on the WayForPay integration page and enable invoice payments on the plata by mono integration page.
To enable auto-pay for invoices with plata by mono, proceed in one of the following ways:
Ask members to go to the Membership > Payments page and make their saved card a default one.
Wait for members to receive the next invoice and pay for it manually with their card. After the first payment for an invoice, the card will automatically become a default one for invoice charges.
