How to delete a company
If you want to remove a company from the Community because it no longer rents a space or has a contract with you, follow these steps:
Go to the Locations > Community page > click on the necessary company.
Choose one of the following options:
Press
Removeif you want to remove the company itself to Nonmembers, but keep its members on the Community page under the "Users" tab.Press
Remove with membersif you want to remove the company with its members to Nonmembers.
What happens when you remove a company from the Community
The company becomes a nonmember and appears for administrators on the Community >
(...)menu top right > Nonmembers page.The company's active subscription automatically gets deactivated.
The history of the company's credits, payments and invoices, is preserved for an administrator.
The company disassociates with company members. Therefore, nonmember companies do not contain users.
Administrators can anytime restore the company to the Community.
