Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 2 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Our regular response time is 3 minutes.
During the annual Spacebring team-building activities, August 19 - August 23 (the time varies), we have reduced office hours: Monday β Friday, 2 a.m. to 9 a.m., and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Our regular response time during this week is 15 minutes.
