Office hours

  • Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 2 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Our regular response time is 3 minutes.

  • During the annual Spacebring team-building activities, January 12 - January 18 (the time varies), we have reduced office hours: Monday β€” Friday, 2 a.m. to 9 a.m., and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Our regular response time during this week is 15 minutes.

  1. Press the Help button in your app.

  2. In the "Home" section scroll down and choose "Share your feedback" option.

  3. Fill out the feedback ticket by answering 3 key questions and press Create ticket.
