Spacebring allows you to customize both member web portal and mobile app. Customization enhances the effectiveness and appeal of member web portal and mobile app, driving user engagement and business success.

Customize member web portal

To customize member web portal, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Spacebring as an owner.

  2. On the left-side panel, click (...) menu next to your network name > Network Settings > General page.

Member web portal can be customized in the following categories:

  • General — name, description, logo, default language, custom domain, and more.

  • Appearance — look and feel of the member web portal, such as accent color, background gradient, and font.

  • Locations — add and delete locations.

  • Integrations — connect app-level integrations, such as Twilio.

All changes except custom domain apply to the member web portal automatically. A custom domain will appear verified once the DNS records achieve a full propagation. Verify the setup

FAQ

How can I change the theme of the app?

The theme of Spacebring, member web portal and mobile app depends on the theme of the user's device. To change the theme, please open the settings of your device and find a section like "Personalization", where should be an option to change the theme to light or dark. Once you switch it, the app will also change a theme.
