Manage multiple locations

If you are running multiple locations, you can add them to the app. Each location has a separate community, currency, language, settings, and administrators.

Add a location

  1. Go to Spacebring as an owner.

  2. On the left-side panel, click the menu (...) next to your network name > Network Settings > Locations page.

  3. Press Add Location, and enter the details:

    1. Name β€” the name of your location.

    2. Language β€” the default location language used for newly invited members.

    3. Timezone β€” the timezone of the location.

    4. Currency β€” a currency used for all prices in the location.

  4. Press Create.

Adding more locations is only available on specific plans.

Edit a location

To rename a location, modify your location's language or timezone, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Spacebring as an administrator.

  2. On the left-side panel, select the location > click (...) next to it > Location Settings > General.

  3. Make your changes and press Save.

The location currency cannot be changed after the location has been created.

Delete a location

  1. Go to Spacebring as an owner.

  2. On the left-side panel, click (...) next to your network name > Network Settings > Locations page.

  3. Press (...) > Delete next to the location, you'd like to delete, and confirm your choice.

Deleting a location is permanent and irreversible. Even our engineers can't recover your data.
