Sync users with ezeep

Since ezeep product is no longer available for new customers to sign up, they offer a new product - ezeep Blue - instead. We are currently working on the implementation of an integration with ezeep Blue and it will be available in the nearest time. If you have been using ezeep so far, please open an account with ezeep Blue to seamlessly migrate as soon as the integration is complete.

ezeep moves the entire printing process to the cloud so that flexible office operators no longer have to worry about drivers, operating systems, and end devices while tenants just print. ezeep solution enables:

  • Printing from any device, including mobile.

  • Central print management for shared offices.

  • Driverless setup for location tenants.

  • Built-in printing rules, limits, and even prices for users, groups, and printers.

How to enable ezeep integration

To enable ezeep with your app, have your ezeep account and your app ready. Then follow these steps:

  • Open your app and go to the Location > Settings page by pressing the "Settings" icon next to the location's name > ezeep.

  • Press Connect and permit to connect ezeep with your app.

  • Press Edit button on the top right of the integration page and select a group. You will see all your ezeep groups.

How ezeep integration works

Your app users will automatically be registered in your ezeep dashboard in real-time. The following information is synchronized:

  • Full Name

  • Email

Users synchronized into a group automatically inherit all group-related printing policies. Upon registration, users will receive an ezeep email with guidance on printing access.

Using this integration is only available on specific plans.
